• smuggling activities and illicit manufacture, trafficking and possession of dangerous drugs (opium, morphine, heroin, cannabis, methamphetamine (ice), cocaine etc.), acetic anhydride, pirated and counterfeit goods, duty-not-paid cigarettes, liquor, fuel and diesel oil etc. ;
• handling of proceeds derived from smuggling or drug trafficking activities;
• false origin or false origin labelling on textiles for export; and
• contravention of the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance, Chapter 424, Laws of Hong Kong (Opens a new window) ; use of inaccurate weighing and measuring equipment in the course of trade; supply of goods by weight or measure short of the quantity purported to supply and the supply of gold and platinum products below the standard of fineness.
