The carriage of a prescribed article within the water of HKSAR by vessel which is under 250 gross tons is subject to licensing control by the Customs and Excise Department. To carry a prescribed article within the water of HKSAR by vessel which is under 250 gross tons, the person should obtain the relevant licence from the Office of Dutiable Commodities Administration of the Customs and Excise Department at Room 218, 2/F, Harbour Building, No. 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong.
