Customs and Excise Department smashed a piracy syndicate in an operation codenamed "Touchdown" conducted on February 14 and 15.
The Department has charged eight men and a woman, and bailed out three men and two women.
The persons charged will face trial at Kwun Tong Magistrates' Courts this afternoon (February 16).
