Charge laid for a case relating to PAAG

In response to media enquiry, a Customs spokesman today (March 13) said that a 52-year-old woman of a beauty salon located in Causeway Bay had been charged for three counts of offences under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, namely, two counts of applying a false trade description to goods (54 bottles of PAAG), and one count of possession of the goods to which a false trade description is applied for trade purposes.

The case will be heard at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (March 14).
