The operating hours of these offices are:

Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm.

Any person who wishes to give a notice to the Commissioner of Customs and Excise claiming that any article, vehicle, vessel or thing seized is not liable to forfeiture may submit a notice in writing by post or email as shown in the Notices.

The Notices are also available for viewing in this homepage. They are exhibited on their respective dates of issue and serve only to facilitate the easy access of the public to the notices.

The Commissioner of the Customs and Excise does not warrant or represent that the information will be uninterrupted or error-free. He does not guarantee or undertake that the information will be accurate, complete and up-to-date.

In no event shall the Commissioner be liable for any loss and/ or damage whatsoever caused including, without limitation, loss and/ or damage arising from or in connection with -
