To ensure a smooth customs clearance for the accredited Hong Kong Authorized Economic Operators (HKAEO), there is a need for the frontline Customs Officers to grasp the most updated information of the Programme. Office of Supply Chain Security Management (OSCS) of Hong Kong Customs offers regular briefings and trainings to frontline Customs Officers on the development of the HKAEO Programme. In 2019, OSCS held 16 briefing sessions on the HKAEO Programme with around a thousand Officers involving in the supply chain attended.
OSCS will continue to organize briefings and trainings with a view to get frontline officers familiarize with the latest development of the HKAEO Programme.
