Waiver measure of the Service Fees payable under the Free Trade Agreement Transhipment Facilitation Scheme (FTA Scheme)

In order to sustain the support for businesses and relieve individuals’ financial burden in view of the impact of coronavirus disease 2019, the service fees payable under the Free Trade Agreement Transhipment Facilitation Scheme (FTA Scheme) are waived for one year with effect from 1 October 2020.

The service fees waived include:

• Documentary processing fee; and
• Customs supervision service fee.
