Hong Kong Customs organised an exchange tour about intellectual property rights (IPR) protection to Guangzhou on 17 October, leading members from the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Alliance to the Greater Bay Area (GBA) for the first time. Through meeting with the Guangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and visiting the 138th China Import and Export Fair, the delegation has deepened their understanding of the country's efforts in protecting IPR. A closer collaboration between the IPR industry and enforcement agencies was also fostered, thereby contributing to the further promotion of IPR protection in the GBA.
