On 1 October, Customs Youth Leader Corps (CYLC) participated in the flag-raising ceremony at the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
The CYLC members marched in Chinese-style formation alongside the Hong Kong Customs Guards of Honour and honour guards from other disciplined services. Their participation showcased the patriotism and aspirations of the new generation, qualities that are essential for Hong Kong's stability and prosperity.
