The Assistant Commissioner (Boundary and Ports), Ms Phoebe Wong, led a delegation to visit the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 10 to 12 February and discussed with Nanning Customs, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to explore the feasibility of expanding the Single E-lock Scheme to Guangxi. Hong Kong Customs expects to extend the Scheme to Guangxi by the end of 2025, providing clearance efficiency to the logistics industry.
