The Unfair Trade Practice Investigation Group of Hong Kong Customs, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Police and the Wong Tai Sin District Council Members, conducted a publicity event on 3 January. The event aimed to raise awareness among the elderly in the district about their consumer rights and prevent them from falling into consumer pitfalls. Traders were reminded of the requirements of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
