Hong Kong Customs held the Canine, Enforcement and Detection Capacity Building Workshop in November last year. Thirty-seven representatives from members of the World Customs Organization (WCO) Asia/Pacific Region, mainly dog handlers, dog instructors and frontline officers, were invited to participate in discussions focusing on best practices in canine enforcement, training and breeding.
■ Participants visited the WCO Regional Dog Training Centre at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Base.
