Hong Kong Customs Hosts Visits for Overseas Attachés in HK

To enhance international cooperation and deepen connections, the Office of Customs Affairs and Co-operation of Hong Kong Customs arranged a visit for 33 representatives of foreign customs and law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong on 11 October.

The delegation first visited the Kwai Chung Customhouse Cargo Examination Compound to learn about customs clearance operations for sea cargoes. They then toured the Hong Kong Customs College, where they were presented with firearms exhibition, training facilities and related technologies such as the "Cave Automatic Virtual Environment System".

Through multi-faceted exchanges, Hong Kong Customs aims to establish closer relationships with foreign customs and law enforcement agencies and strengthen mutual cooperation to combat transnational crimes and safeguard national and border security effectively.
