Get Closer with Public via Social Media

Hong Kong Customs launched a Facebook page and an Instagram account in February 2022 to strengthen communication and connection with different sectors of the community. A promotional video featuring the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Ms Ho Pui-shan, was produced specifically as a prelude to the launch.

Through live streaming of press briefings and various promotional campaigns, members of the public are able to gain a thorough understanding of the department’s work and the development in law enforcement, trade facilitation and anti-pandemic work.
